Conference functions will be held in The Westin Galleria Ballroom in Houston’s Galleria. The Westin Galleria Houston has been supporting the Conference for over 15 years by providing a discounted rate to attendees. This allows us to maximize our donations towards the Marine and Energy educational initiatives we support both now and in the future. The number of Conference registrants who stay at The Westin Galleria Houston also directly increases the number of free rooms we can offer to student guests invited through their colleges and universities to attend the Conference free of charge. | The Westin Galleria Houston also hosts all Conference-sponsored events and is centrally located and convenient to many other industry parties, dinners and outings, making it the most convenient lodging for Conference attendees. The Westin Galleria Houston also underwent significant renovations in the last 2 years and all rooms have been newly upgraded. |

All lodging reservations should be made directly with the hotel. Reservations at the Conference group rate are only available online, via the links provided. Please remember that the group rate hotel reservations are on a “first come, first serve” basis, so be sure to reserve your room well in advance!

If reservations at The Westin Galleria Houston are not available, please consider staying at The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria—a short three-minute walk from the Conference ballroom. Both hotels are conveniently located in the Galleria entertainment complex and the Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria will offer Conference registrants the same discount.
