Conference Refund & Cancellation Policy

Conference registrations can be canceled by emailing us at registration@houstonmeic.com. Cancellations received before September 1 are refundable. Cancellations received on or after September 1 are not refundable but can be either transferred to another individual or rolled over to registration for the following year’s Conference.

We are, of course, always happy to accept any canceled registration fee as a tax-deductible donation to our charitable purpose.
